 We built our home with Rolwes in 2002, beginning construction in April and closing in September. We could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, it was obvious Rolwes cared not only about the quality of our new home, but also the quality of our home building experience. That is what truly sets them apart from other builders.
At our initial construction meeting with Rolwes representatives, it became clear that we were working as a team to create a unique home that would be a reflection of our family. While this is certainly the expectation when building a custom home, we had not anticipated finding this level of cooperation in a subdivision project. Rolwes’ commitment to honesty and integrity was demonstrated time and again, and this added greatly to our level of comfort and confidence.
Communication during the building phase of a new home is critical, and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get questions answered. Whether we were dealing with the community manager at the display, or the superintendent in the field, we were able to resolve any issues easily and quickly.
Perhaps the truest test of a home builder is service after the sale—what happens after you get the keys and they get the money. Rolwes did an exceptional job of taking care of all the little things that need attention during that first year break-in period. We did not have any major problems, but the little nail pops that are inevitable were handled with great care.
All in all, we were very pleased with our Rolwes Homes experience, and we would certainly build another home with them in the future. This collection of wood, nails and drywall is so much more than just a house on lot 16. It is our home, our safe haven. Thank you, Rolwes, for teaming up with us to create this very special place we call home.

 When we were looking to upgrade our previous home, we never dreamed we could own a luxury home on our budget. Therefore, remodeling seemed to be our only option. We looked at a few new home communities and finally decided to visit Amber Meadows before calling contractors for estimates.
One look and we couldn’t believe it! Almost everything we planned to add to our previous home came standard at Amber Meadows. We never imagined getting this level of quality or this much space at these prices, and they even had an inventory home ready to move into!
So here we are, with a wonderful home and great neighbors. Plus, we’re close to everything. We guess you could say, with our new home at Amber Meadows, we got it right the first time.

 We have had the good fortune of building twice with Rolwes Homes, once in Sacre Coeur Estates and now in Whitetail Estates.
Working with all the people at Rolwes made the process very easy and rewarding. Larry and Jim Rolwes helped in explaining the building process and worked with our changes. The follow-up to any questions was always handled efficiently by their customer service representative. It was a pleasure that our homes were constructed by workers who knew our names, and Phil Rolwes was always looking out for us. They truly acted like they were building our home, not just a house.
Our current home is an atrium ranch that is supposed to be a “subdivision” home. However, everyone who visits us declares it must be a custom home! We are looking forward to being first in line if Rolwes builds retirement villas, but we love this home and may not be able to part with it. And by the way, our daughter and her family built a Rolwes home not 2 miles from us at Amber Meadows! |
